Deadly Fitness Training…

My FAVORITE interval exercise…. Intense, action-oriented and wildly
effective.

I’m doing this in honor of showing you what’s what about high intensity
training and to showcase my good friend David Kittners worldwide
campaign for youth fitness “Be The Burpee”.
